When my family was planning on making a move from California to Texas we were all nerves about finding the right home. Luckily, we found Talyn and her team. Going through the process of shopping for, touring, making an offer and then completing the escrow process is stressful enough, let alone having to go through it across the country from the home you are moving into, and I was seriously impressed with how communicative, available and relatable Talyn was. It takes a specialist and extra hand holding to deal with out of state buyers. Tayln was phenomenal. Between our one day trips to town to view homes to doing virtual tours for us. I was researching the Dallas Texas area and joined a Facebook group that is ran by Talyn. After observing her interactions and posts about the area, we reached out to her. She has always been responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. She was on it with taking pictures throughout the build process, FaceTiming us from the design center and she would come to meetings when we couldn’t because of distance.
