Talyn is a fine professional realtor. We are new to the area and she walked us thru the process of buying a home in an area we were unfamiliar with.

My husband and I are native Texans but moved away the last 3 years. Coming back to North Texas, we wanted to find a relator that would be able to help us find a new area that would be a good fit for us. Before we had even made the move back to Texas, Tayln did a consultation with us to help get the ball rolling.  While we made the big move and started new jobs, she was available at all hours, and very flexible with our schedules, meeting with us after work to see several houses, and when she was not available, she made sure someone from her team could be there for us. Knowing our schedules were so crazy, she provided a list of open houses for us to check out each weekend, and really helped us narrow down our search as the process was a bit overwhelming. As first-time home buyers, she made the process less stressful and guided us through everything, including any bumps in the road that came up. The lender she recommended was really great to work with as well, and both teams made sure we were set with a good understanding of everything since we were going through the process for the first time. We love our new home, and the area we are in, she found us the perfect home!

Talyn set 19 viewing in a 3 day period and we did a combination of open houses and private showing. When it was time to make an offer Talyn gave us great advice along the way. We bought our house for under asking price and were able to move in the next month. Talyn worked with us on closing and gave us great recommendations for an insurance broker. When my family was planning on making a move from California to Texas we were all nerves about finding the right home. Luckily, we found Talyn and her team. Going through the process of shopping for, touring, making an offer and then completing the escrow process is stressful enough, let alone having to go through it across the country from the home you are moving into, and I was seriously impressed with how communicative, available and relatable Talyn was.
