Keeping our eyes on the prize

At a time when the dynamics were changing literally weekly, David stayed positive and responsive. He kept me focused and informed about the marketplace and what to expect to a degree that anyone can without a crystal ball. Dave’s a very good communicator and understands the stress sellers, and buyers for that matter, go through. He knows the process from both sides and will give straight up facts and professional opinions. It took a while considering the market and its location on the water in Florida where weather dynamics played a huge role. He got it done and I’m grateful and would recommend his services to anyone in need.
