We met Josh by chance as he was having an open house showing. He is polite, clean cut and professional and we decided we wanted to see a different place and gave Josh a call. We ended up buying the place and selling our old place we had been at almost 20 years. Every person in the market to buy or sell will have a different criteria and extenuating circumstances, logistical issues, scheduling etc, so these are the reasons we give Josh the highest recommendation, because you must have someone that can answer all your questions, improvise to make things happen, help you with "pro vs con" decisions and take initiative with your best interest in mind. Certain people are cut out to handle "personalities" and keep the ship steady until you reach port, it's definitely a journey and there could be a storm or two so a solid guide is imperative. We are now settled in and confident in our purchase and sell and feel that our expectations were exceeded. We highly recommend Josh! Thanks- JS

Josh is so much more than professional, he is a true gentleman. He went out of his way to assist me and I would highly recommend him as a top notch agent with getting the job done as his # 1 goal.
