Dave was an absolute superstar in selling our house! After a lackluster experience with another realtor, Dave swooped in and completely turned things around. He got our house sold in under two days—talk about impressive! His deep market knowledge, lightning-fast communication, and unstoppable energy made the process effortless. Words can’t do justice to how much he exceeded our expectations; Dave’s simply the best. We were thrilled and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home!

Dave Carney went above and beyond to help us sell our home! (He even helped me plant some flowers☺️). He assisted us with the staging process and was always readily available when we called. He is very professional but personable, dedicated and diligent. I could not believe how stress-free he made it for us. Hire him… you won’t be sorry!!

Great realtor, always on top of things and easy to communicate with. He arranged house tours for us the same day with no problems and gave us great recommendations all the time. Very attentive to our needs and made house hunting a very pleasant journey! If you are looking for an easy going, communicative and active realtor, Dave is your guy!

Chris was great to work with. We were unsure of the acreage we were looking for, but Chris was patient with us and constantly met our needs to look and familiarize ourselves with the dream property we wanted. We appreciated his patience with us and his willingness to serve us in our search for a new home.
