•Crystal was a god send . We had an agent before her that did nothing but wait for people to call her from MLS. After her 6 months was up we couldn't wait to sign with Crystal. She was referred to us by our cousin and from the 1st conversation we had with Crystal we knew we had the rite girl for the job !!! Crystal went out of her way to make everything go well from staging our furniture better to making sure our place was clean before all showings and she even went as far as to paint a few walls that were dark accent walls so our condo would be brighter and feel more open . Crystal kept us informed of everything she was doing and who had contacted her or came to the open houses ( which she had every other week). When we finally did receive a good offer for our condo Crystal helped negotiate on our behalf so we could close the deal asap. After we agreed on a price everything was done and closes within 4 weeks . That was terrific. He extended team handle all the documents and paperwork with us having to do minimal work to get the deal done. We can only say if you are looking for a top notch, honest, hard working professional real estate agent Crystal should be your first choice !!!!!
