•We were introduced to Pamela two years ago when we needed a realtor to lease our Irvine property. She did that within a week, so we hardly had any "down" time. Again we asked for her assistance to rent the Laguna Hills condo and once again she had a tenant before we even finished painting. Two years later we decided to sell our rentals, which also included an apartment complex. She referred a great commercial broker who did a fabulous job in selling that property. Pamela suggested some renovations for each condo. which we did and helped get the prices that we did. Her energy, bright personality, persistence, and pure professionalism made an arduous ordeal into a delightful and easy experience. We highly recommend Pamela as your realtor, she will always be ours's.
