•As a first time homebuyer, you want a realtor who is patient, understanding, and supportive. Ms. Bridgette was prompt, proactive and highly encouraging. I was able to openly express my credit concerns and qualifications in a non-judgemental space. Ms. Bridgette even found me a loan officer with cheaper fees and closed my loan in 10 days from submittal! She does not care about numbers, or her sales. She cares about the needs of her client. There is a difference in having a realtor that wants to sell you a house and a realtor that wants to help you find your home! I reccoment Ms. Bridgette without reservation. She was transparent, and held my hand step by step through the process. This was my 6th time trying to buy a home. Ms. Bridgette was my 4th realtor. It was not intentional, I called Ms. Bridgette to inquire about a pending home that she was the listing agent for, after speaking with her, I just knew she was the realtor for me! Coincidently, I ended up purchasing the home I inquired about because the previous potential buyer's contract fell through. I trusted Ms. Bridgette so much that even though she was the listing agent's realtor as well, I still requested that she be my realtor and she was fair, and neutral and made sure I was comfortable with the terms. Ms. Bridgette will be handling ALL of my real estate purchases/sales from here until she decides to retire and if she retires, she will be choosing my next realtor!
