•We did several interviews with realtors from the Prescott and the Phoenix area before choosing Jinger. We wanted someone that knew the area, understood the demographics of Prescott, and that would listen to us and understand what we had done to our home. Several agents wanted to list our home for 30 to 40 thousand less than what we wanted for a quick sell. Jinger came in looked closely, listened to everything we had done, documented everything, and listed the home correctly on MLS. We were under contract in 10 days (for a few dollars under asking price)! We loved Jinger, she worked her tail off from the first day all the way to end sitting with us on the final day of signing on closing!
