Vinny was easy to get a hold of, was quick to send us any required communications while making good strategy suggestions on the sale. We were able to sell our home in a tightening market and get what we thought was a really good price that we thought was above the market. Vinny helped us get an AC guy over to check out our system while we were busy and away from the area. While I was concerned about the process, he reassured us that things were going our way and he was right. We closed with a good deal and very few issues. I would give another 1/2 star to the rating if was possible. Thanks for all the help Vinny, hope to see you next time in town in September. Cheers

Shay was professional and expedient in all my dealings with her during the sale of my home. I was in process of selling my AZ home out-of-state (in CA) and i needed someone that understood the local market, can-be-my-eyes in AZ and be able to have a team of tradespeople ready to renovate and cost-efficiently prep the home for sale.
