Great Realtor for selling a home, buying a home, renting a home and managing rental prosperities.

Tracey Crews is an amazing, all-encompassing Realtor. My husband and I have worked with her for over two decades with our rental properties. She is well-educated in real estate, knows multiple areas, and doesn't hesitate to bring items to the owner's attention that need correction. More recently, we sold one of our rental properties. Tracey was spot on during the listing, showings, offers, etc. She provided a profit breakdown for the offers without a request. She maintains her honesty throughout the entire process. The inspector required us to replace the roof before closing. We needed to close by a particular date. As the date quickly approached, Tracey maintained a calm demeanor, “We will close on time.” Tracey worked HARD during the whole process. She verified that everything was completed accurately. She coordinated with the buyer's lender step by step. Maintaining our needs, including the final days before closing. In the end, “WE CLOSED ON TIME,” but only with Tracey’s professional experience and work ethic.
