Jeanine is simply the best, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She went over and above representing me in the purchase of my home. I'm certain I would not have found such a wonderful home and negotiated such a reasonable price without Jeanine's tireless efforts throughout the transaction. After meeting with me to understand the type of home I was looking for, my price range, and desired location, Jeanine sent me excellent homes on the market to choose from. After deciding none of them were right for me, Jeanine sent targeted letters to homeowners in my selected area telling them she had a prospective buyer. Sure enough, a homeowner contacted her that they were interested in selling and, shortly thereafter, the homeowner listed their home for sale. It was exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't have even found my home without Jeanine! Needless to say, I'm very lucky Jeanine was my agent. This is just one example of how she went over and above. Jeanine was present for every walk through, the inspection, the signing of the documents, and was always in touch with me so that I was apprised of where we were in the process. Jeanine is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail every step throughout the transaction. She strongly advocated on my behalf in the negotiations, but was always respectful to all parties. It was clear she wanted what was best for me, the client, and always put me first in the process.
