•Our father passed in away in 2025 and left a sorted mess of real estate properties to deal with in probate. We found Scott Hutchinson listed in the area of our father’s properties and contacted him. Scott agreed to meet with us the next day to inspect the three (3) properties. Scott was on time and quickly gave us his professional opinion on how to list the homes. After listing the properties Scott continued to keep in touch and fielded numerous questions from us even after normal business hours. Two (2) of the homes had renters and Scott guided us through the process of securing an unlawful detainer Order for one home occupant and acted as a liaison with the other tenants and us. Scott made the painful lost of our father and having to deal with the disposal of his properties so much better, that we could not imagine how it would have been without his help. We consider Scott not only our real estate agent, but also a friend. Scott is very knowledgable of the area he services, professional and most of all he listen. You won’t go wrong hiring Scott Hutchinson for your real estate needs.
