Amazing Experience!
Julie made selling our home super easy and convenient. She met us same day to walk the house. She got us more than we expected to get based on her local Neiborhood experience. She checked in several times and kept us updated throughout the process. We were able to close in less than 30 days and end that chapter our life. Thanks so much Julie!

Selling made easy
Lou was our broker for the sale our much loved Florida home and his understanding of how much we loved the home made selling it easier for us. Lou went out of his way to help us when we had many questions (we video called him many times and he always took our calls) His help in returning equipment as we weren't able too was really kind, he also helped get a gift for the new owner from us. His willingness to help with these things and other things not pertaining to his role are what make Lou stand out. We would highly recommend Sunbright Realty if you are looking to sell your Florida home.

We highly recommend Sunbright Realty!! Lou is an amazing real estate agent who went above and beyond for our family to find us the perfect home! He was always very prompt in returning our calls and messages. He kept us involved in the entire buying process and answered all of the questions we had. He made sure that everything was moving along as necessary to get us to our closing, and still answers questions that come up about our new home even after our closing! Lou really is an amazing person and we highly recommend him if you are looking for a home!

Louis has been a great help to us
Louis has been a great help to us. He came highly recommended by another owner and from first contacting him about the the sale of our vacation home to the sale closing yesterday. Louis knows the business
Louis knows the business.He will answer all your emails and keep you informed as the process develops. Our first buyers dropped out at the last minute but new buyers were located within 48 hours and Louis oversaw the whole process to a successful conclusion within four weeks. Excellent service and would , based on my experience , fully recommend Lois Salvemini.

Lou was great in the process even as we negotiated on the purchase of our home
Lou was great in the process even as we negotiated on the purchase of our home. He walked us through the market and visited many homes for us taking pictures prior to us making our purchase from abroad. He arranged for reputable contractors for inspections etc to give us comfort. We will definitely utilize Lou again.
