Tricia helped us to sell TWO homes and find our dream home. She offers outstanding customer service. Tricia is unique in that she is very upfront and honest about what it will take to sell your home, even being willing to present her clients with information that may be difficult to hear at first. This approach sells homes quickly!!! I would never use another realtor other than Tricia!

Purchasing a home can be very stressful. Tricia did an excellent job alleviating undo stress during this process. She was always willing to answer questions over the phone. She helped us think about possibilities that we would not have considered otherwise. We never felt pressure to look at homes that did not fit our criteria. When the times arises that we need to look for a new home Tricia will be the person we ask to assist us in selling our current home and helping us find another home that fits our needs.current home and helping us find another home that fits our needs.

My husband and I met Tricia about two years ago and have worked with her off and on frequently during that time. We can highly recommend her as a real estate agent. She is very knowledgable about the market, handles transactions very professionally, and quickly responds to any requests we make of her. She is amazingly patient as she has worked with very picky buyers. She never pressures a buyer and is loyal to those she represents as an agent. We would not think of hiring anyone else.

Tricia was very comfortable and pleasant to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about each area and time frames and interest of everything we asked. She never pushed anything but knew what we really wanted so when something became available on such short notice we moved as quickly as possible and she guided us through likely obstacles where she didn't even hesitate and made it seem so simple. Several people wanted our home, but with her guidance, we were able to purchase our dream home because she was on top of every detail before it was too late.

Tricia recently helped me complete a short sale on my home. The process was quick and painless. She had mulitple offers within the first week of the house being listed, and the entire process happened so quickly I was amazed. She walked me through the whole process and was always there to answer questions I had when I was uncertain of what the next steps were.

The first time I met Tricia, I knew that we would be in good hands. She listened to our story, empathized and stood confident at a time for my wife and I when we were at a real low. She never pulled any punches, we had honest, timely communication through the whole process of selling our home. There was the good, the bad and more than once the ugly that popped up. She never waivered, never flinched just did her job and then went beyond my expectations. Our closing was in December 2011, as we wait for our situation to improve with anticipation of purchasing our next home there is only one name that comes to mind, Tricia VanderKooi, The Real Estate Professional! I am grateful to you Tricia, you'll be hearing from us!

Matt B.
