As first time home buyers, my wife and I went into the process feeling a little overwhelmed. We were referred to Blake and could not have been happier with the experience that we had. He was quick to schedule walk-throughs and to submit our offers, which was so important as houses were flying off the market while we were searching. We knew that Blake had our best interests at heart, and walked us through the pros and cons of the various homes that we considered. He was also very willing to go to bat for us in the negotiation stages, making sure we received the most value possible. We have been in our new home for a few weeks now, and could not be more excited.
