As first time home buyers, my wife and I went into the process feeling a little overwhelmed. We were referred to Blake and could not have been happier with the experience that we had. Blake was incredibly patient in helping us understand all the nuances of buying a home, and was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. In the rare situation that Blake was not available to talk, his brother Jason was always ready to help us out. Between the two of them, we were never at a loss for assistance. Blake was respectful of our budget, and frequently sent us new listings within that budget for us to consider. He was quick to schedule walk-throughs and to submit our offers, which was so important as houses were flying off the market while we were searching. We knew that Blake had our best interests at heart, and walked us through the pros and cons of the various homes that we considered. He was also very willing to go to bat for us in the negotiation stages, making sure we received the most value possible. We have been in our new home for a few weeks now, and could not be more excited. We are very grateful for Blake's professionalism and assistance in getting us there, and would happily recommend him to anybody searching for the perfect home.

My house had a title issue. Many realtors did not know how to deal with this issue and told me that I could not sell the house. My title company referred me to Tricia who I haven't met in person. It took Tricia less than 2 months to sell our house without issues. She is knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. I live in Asia. Our oversea communications had no problem.
