I went seeking to find the best realtor, and I found Tricia Vanderkooi through a phone interview. I liked her from the start. She spoke with such posed and confidence, had a wealth of knowledge about the real state market, very professional, warm and pleasant, friendly, and our relationship developed over a very short time. She went right to work for me. She had multiple offers the first Saturday she showed my home. We kept in close contact through texts and phone calls during the entire process. I never had the pleasure of meeting Tricia, due to long distance, in another state. But very happy with her leadership, and selling my house for more than what I’d expected.
