Cassie is an excellent agent to work with. She is knowledgeable, has great communication along the process, friendly and goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is very knowledgeable of the entire Bay/Gulf area from Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe to the Cape and the surrounding areas. We found the perfect place within 2 days of driving around with Cassie and the place we got was the first place she mentioned to us before we even saw it. It was exactly as described, we could have even bought it without looking as she understood us exactly and was able to pinpoint our needs. The entire process was as smooth as can be, with top of the line tracking tools for the transaction, and including all parties involved throughout the process made it very easy all around. (we live remotely so communication was key). Cassie went above and beyond even when the deal was done, helping connecting us with relevant 3rd parties including cleaning, maintenance, legal, engineers etc. We felt completely comfortable with Cassie and all of her advices along the way. Super trustworthy and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
