Ginny Lamrouex Broker, Owner My journey into real estate began in 1986 when I was exploring a career change. A friend who owned a real estate office suggested I give it a try, and I quickly discovered my passion for the industry. In 2005, I earned my broker’s license and established my own boutique real estate company in downtown St. Petersburg, specializing in condo conversions, luxury real estate, and residential properties. In 2023, I rebranded and committed to furthering my expertise, earning prestigious designations such as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). I also completed the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. These nationally recognized credentials position me among the elite in the real estate industry and reinforce my dedication to providing professional, seamless transactions for my clients.
