He and his team are professional and trustworthy. He gave us very honest and professional opinions on the houses that we looked at. He doesn't say things like "if this is your dream house......." or " If you like it....." Instead, he pointed out the disadvantages of buying certain type of houses. He didn't rush us to make decisions. I personally learned a lot from him. Working with him makes our life much easier. He was able to negotiate with the sellers to let them fix everything that was listed on the inspection report. His team handled the mortgage and everything else afterwards. We just showed up to sign. And that's it! I definitely recommend him.
