Heidi has been our agent since my parents were alive and had two condos being rented in Hidden Lake.

I remember my father introducing me to Heidi when she managed two Hidden Lake condos for my parents. He told me if anything happens to your mother and I, let Heidi handle the condos. And that she did. We sold the 1 bedroom through Heidi while my father was still alive. That left the studio condo that was transferred into mine and my wife's names. Thank goodness Heidi picked out a fantastic tenant that continued renewing their lease so we could keep it rented. As time passed and after a couple of hurricanes, my wife and I wanted to put the studio on the market just to be done with it. Monthly maintenance fees kept going up each year, but we kept the rent the same. Special assessments took a huge hit on us. At the beginning of 2025, we listed it. No offers. Took it off the market and listed it again this year at a huge discount. One day our home furnace needed replaced at a substantial expense. That same day Heidi called me with an offer and the rest is history.
