My first Kentucky friend

I was searching for a home in a few different states. I had no idea exactly where I would decide to buy. I had agents working with me in each state. Kennedy was my Kentucky agent. She spoke with me to get a feel for what I was looking for. She sent me several homes, over the months that I was trying to sell my New Jersey home. I wasn't getting many properties from my other agents. I received several homes to look at from Kennedy. When I found homes that I really liked, she would visit the property and video it. It gave me a true feel for the property, even though I wasn't able to be there. When I was finally able to visit the area, Kennedy made herself available to me and my mother to see several properties in eastern Kentucky. We definitely put a lot of miles on her car! We saw some great properties. We saw some crazy things. Kennedy was positive and helpful throughout our time together. We laughed, we talked, we bonded. By the end of the week, we had found our new home. Kennedy was great through the negotiation process. She saw us through the inspections and repairs. She was a great support through the closing process, as well. We are now living and enjoying our new lives in Kentucky. When ever Kennedy is able to make the trip north to see us, she is welcome with open arms! She has made the trip to come for dinner, and I look forward to seeing her again! She is a great young agent, willing to put in the work, to help you find that home of your dreams.
