100%͏ Remote Full Service for Out of Town Home Seller This Summer the tenants in our Bay Area home let us know that they would be moving out just days from when we were expecting a newborn baby at our house in Southern California. We initially pursued hiring Michael on as a property manager to manage the move out and bring on new tenants, as we simply couldn’t come back to the Bay Area when the baby could come at any moment. Michael managed the move out swiftly and professionally, but with a newborn baby at home we soon we decided to alter course and asked him to help us sell our home. Michael guided us through the sale prep process and expertly managed all of the subcontractors and inspectors, 100% remote. We got through the entire process from tenant move out to the sale of our home without once having to return to the Bay Area. It made for a very smooth, convenient transaction.
