Above and beyond

Jose was extremely knowledgeable of the area and explained the current conditions in order for us to set the most appropriate price for the home. He was always just a text away with whatever question we had. Communicated every step of the process which we found very helpful. We were extremely impressed with the preparation for the open house as well as Jose's marketing approach. It wasnt just a home on the MLS which we feel made a difference in how quickly it sold. We had some slight hiccups prior to listing and Jose helped us worked through the obstacles. He truly went above and beyond.
