After 3 years in Cape Coral I decided to move closer to family. Once again I enlisted Steve O’Brien to list my house. The market was abysmal but Steve continued his marketing strategy to help me achieve the goal of selling my house. It took quite a while given the real estate market in Cape Coral but Steve continued with optimism. I finally sold my house thanks to Steve and his whole approach to marketing my house. He provided continuous analysis of the market and advice on the things I needed to understand in the current market conditions. His insight with a long career in real estate were invaluable in helping me achieve my goal. Having true expertise in the real estate business is critical and I am so grateful that I had Steve O’Brien to handle this for me. I can’t recommend him highly enough. After losing my husband I needed to sell my house and downsize. We decided that the best location for me when the time came would be Cape Coral, Florida. I was referred to Steve O'Brien and it was my saving grace. Steve took the time to determine what would be the best fit for me and found me the perfect new home. Not only did he find the right home but he also worked with me to line up the local services I would need to help me settle in. Given I was relocating, he was the local point of contact for many of the people I needed to work with. He even showed up to help me get the garage doors working. He went above and beyond what a normal agent would do and I will be forever grateful he was the referral I received. He truly was an angel during a very difficult time for me. So professional, knowledgeable and kind. A rare gem that I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a house in the Cape Coral, Florida area.
