•I used Kim and her team to sell my home, four years after using them to buy it. My repeat selection of Stellar is indicative of my experience on both occasions. Kim is very knowledgeable, responsive, and personable. Her knowledge of the market was key to successfully purchasing in a very tight market in 2021, and selling efficiently in a market with more options for buyers. She did not pressure me to make decisions I wasn't comfortable with, while making sure I was informed about the market and how it might affect my interests. In comparison to several other realtors I've worked with in the past, she and her team communicated exceptionally with both me as her client and other realtors, which made both transactions smoother than they might have been. In short, I give Kim my highest recommendation and encourage any potential client to seriously consider using the Stellar team's skills and expertise on their behalf.
