Our tenant left the home badly in need of attention before it could be listed. We were completely dependent on everyone on site since we couldn't be there. Kim told us what the home needed in order to stand out from the competition for a quick sale. They made excellent recommendations for a general contractor, roofing contractor and carpet company. Her designer made spot on color recommendations and they did an amazing job staging the property. Two weeks after the tenant moved out, the house went on the MLS with a new roof, exterior and interior paint, new carpet and minor repairs completed. It looked so good we were sorry to be selling! We got two offers from the first day it was live and took the one for full price from qualified buyers. The contractor came back in to take care of a minimal punch list from the inspector and the closing was done remotely, without a hitch and on time. We couldn't have asked for more!
