When I began to consider selling one of my properties, Mr. Calcanis assisted me in determining my options. I was considering either selling my home or another property and was unsure which would be the best choice. This was a very emotional time, due to the lose of a family member. However Mr. Calcanis was very patience and understanding. He took the time to gather information about the properties and helped me assess situations at that time, and made me aware of all factors I needed to consider. He sat with me a number of times providing market information, helping me to understand the market and conditions at that time, and advising me. And each time I contacted him he always responded within a very short period of time, if not immediately. I never felt pressured by him as I have with other realtors who pushed me to make take action I never wanted to take. The conditions of the real estate market were poor at that time but I went ahead and listed my home on the market. After a short time, I changed my mind and decided not to sell either property. I am now glad I made that decision, but it was with the help of Mr. Calcanis who helped me consider all things at a time that was difficult. He took time to hope me, and although I changed my mind he never once made me feel I wasted his time. Because of his friendly nature, professionalism, and the trust I felt with him I referred him to relatives. He assist them with the sale of their home, selling it within a short period of time. Mr. Calcanis is an honest, helpful realtor and I would definitely refer to others.
