•Karen made it so easy for us—from the open house all the way through closing. She listened to our questions and always responded right away—even early mornings and after hours. Karen understands today’s real estate market, and is very current with Cocoa Beach. She even made cookies for us at the open house! So excited to be in my new place, thanks to Karen!
Karen was extremely pro-active and involved from the beginning all the way to end of the process. She was fast, efficient and was able to get three offers from my first and only Open House - one above the asking price! She also made herself available and kept me informed every step of the way. I do have to say that I followed her advice and it turned out to be a very smooth process. Considering how stressful selling one of your biggest assets can be, she was a good help. Not only did she help me with advice on how to display my house, but she also took her own professional pictures too making my simple condo look very appealing.
