Tiffany sold our home recently and it went extremely well. Yes, it sold fast, very fast, but it was more than that, that sparked this review! Realtors can't snap their fingers and the perfect buyer appears. It involves some good timing to match a home with a buyer/family. We were blessed on that one! Her five star status, in my mind, started long before the "listing day"!We interviewed three realtors to sell our house and they all seemed competent, but Tiffany stood out! She has this confident, yet calmness, about her. With this huge move, due to a job, I really needed that! My husband and I wanted someone that was motivated, of course, but also professional, had morals and paid attention to details. We received ALL of that with Tiffany!As soon as we signed on with her, she got the ball rolling. She gave us great guidance along the way, was always available to answer our questions or concerns and handled our closing, seamlessly!I don't think it could have gone any smoother, to be honest! If I had any reservations in the beginning, it was that we did not live in Celebration, where her office resides. This had NO impact, as we witnessed her efforts and research to get the details/comps in OUR area correct.
