Melvin was awesome to work with

Melvin was awesome to work with. As out-of-staters looking to buy in Florida he was so flexible with schedules and would even visit properties alone and facetime us in so we could see. He was honest about everything we saw and was super patient. We worked with him for well over a year. Even after closing we remain in touch and he has a great network of contacts for people new to the area. I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough.
