•Since I live on the East Coast and wasn't familiar with realtors in Southern California, I found Jim and Sallinger Realty Group three years ago through the Dave Ramsey program of Endorsed Local Providers and I'm so thankful for that! In the past three years Jim has done an amazing job selling my father's house in Yorba Linda, my mom and stepdads house in Long Beach, and 4 vacant lots in Riverside County. Apart from the great work he did getting the quick sale at "above asking" prices for both houses, I really wasn't sure about whether the vacant lots would sell because they weren't in high trafficked areas in Riverside County. Jim and his team resolved that by personally visiting the neighbors near the lots to gather interest and in an amazingly short amount of time, all four lots were in escrow and sold. He and his team went above and beyond, definitely the extra mile in all phases of the real estate transaction, and I am proud and grateful to call him my broker and friend!! I highly recommend Jim and Sallinger Realty Group if you need to sell real estate property!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
