Dwayne Johnson - Knowledgeable, Responsive, Listens to his clients, Thorough

I cold-called Dwayne. It was clear he knew the entire Destin area very well - life long member of the community. He listened to what we wanted in a property, asked questions to clarify our priorities, and immediately began reviewing possible properties. He followed-up very quickly with a small list of possible purchases, information on the area, information on recent sales and listings. One was the perfect fit for us. He then convinced the selling agent to present a site-unseen offer to the owner which included a 15-day period for us to visit the property and withdraw our offer for any reason. This was a very difficult thing to accomplish in a very hot market with very few listings. He handled the negotiation of the counter offers very professionally and bargained hard. In the midst of all this he immediately made several videos of the property (interior and exterior), provided us with lots of pictures as well as info on additional listings and sales. He responded to our calls and emails extremely promptly. Dwayne continued to provide us with other potential listings during the 15 day period up until the day we approved the tentative offer. He recommended other professionals for us to use (painters, tile providers, insurance agents, closing attorneys, etc.. His follow-up for the closing, minor repairs, hotel reservations all were quite helpful. He has continued to follow-up over the last 8 or 9 months without being pushy or too frequent. When we need a realtor in the future we will retain him, whether it be a purchase or a sale.
