•Martina helped me find my perfect apartment in my favorite part of Manhattan. I had a specific timeline, a little over 4 months, and we visited apartments consistently every week. I loved working with Martina, I thought that she was very attentive to my requirements and what truly mattered to me, understanding that some things were subjective preferences and respecting them. I didn't have to worry much about process as well, since she coordinated all appointments and accompanied me for each visit. She is extremely responsive and always available for questions. When the time came to negotiate offers, she was very helpful in pulling data points to help me put forward my most advantageous proposal. She is personable and friendly, and I will certainly work with her in the future when needed.
I alm pleased to ascertain that Ms Martina Dechevska has been doing an outstanding job for us selling an apartment in NY/Manhattan/Upper East side at a much satisfactory price. She proved to be much available to organize visits, provided very reliable and useful data on potential buyers, protected our interests, smoothened relationships with interested parties. In addition, Martina is a nicest and kindest person, very pleasant to deal with. I fully recommend her without reservations.
