“What you think is what you become” is one of Aurora’s favorite adage. And this embodies her new role and ambition to become a great entrepreneur in the field of Real Estate. Dealing with many First Time Homebuyers in Real Estate gives her the chance to embrace teaching again. It is always her passion to share her expertise in any way possible. Hence, once a teacher, will always be a teacher. Her previous experience in buying and selling their own house during the RE meltdown in 2007-2009 motivated her to pursue RE. Her interest in Arts and educational background in Economics & Finance equipped her to become a Real Estate Pro. She does home staging as a part of her service in Listing houses, making sure that each Listing is well shown to maximize online exposure and get it Sold in the shortest possible time. Her enormous passion to help others and her integrity coupled with outstanding customer service will always set her apart from the competition. Hence, she is always a trusted Advisor within her sphere of influence. In every closed transaction, it is truly her joy that she went above and beyond her responsibility as a realtor and a friend, making her a Realtor-friend to everyone who worked with her.

Excellent Service

Our agent, Aurora knows everything about the market, and provided us with the needed understanding of the whole process of selling our house. She guided us all along from preparations, set up for pictures, showing, pricing, and everything. She made all the follow ups and gave us updates. She is a great agent to work with.

More than an Agent !

We have known Aurora for several years now. She helped us look for our first house here and was very patient and willing to help in any way she could. She was fantastic in helping us buy our first house and 18 months later was there to help sell the same house. Thanks to her help and guidance we listed on a Friday and had multiple offers and were under contract by Sunday afternoon. In addition we were lucky to get to know Aurora and her family and are very lucky and proud to call them friends. With Aurora as your agent you can trust that you will receive the best possible advice and guidance whether you are buying or selling. Excellent Agent!!!

After so many offers we made from our previous agent that yielded negative results, Ms. Millado was able to help us close the deal the very 1st house we offered to buy after we switch to her. She was there to look out for our best interest from the start. Always made herself available 24/7. Very professional!!!
