•Linda Evan’s is a blast! I met Linda when she was doing the final inspection on my friend’s house. This is my third time working with Linda, 4 if you count the time I found my kids a rental. Linda goes all the way. I bought my first house with her. She sold that house for me and helped my daughter pack up a pod for shipping. If Linda gives up on sales she will be successful packing up pods! We had quite the adventures shopping for my new property. Linda understands her clients quickly. Linda looked at so many houses with me and we had many laughs when walking into houses that were flipped. Basically the question was what were they thinking? My most memorable shopping day was when stepping out onto a patio I turned and asked Linda if the door was too close to the pool. Linda said I don’t think so and promptly fell into the swimming pool. Linda climbed out of the pool and said “let’s check this off the list and check out our next property”. Linda is intuitive and flexible. I worked nights so she was always available to respond to calls and texts late at night and schedule showings in the afternoon. I love my new home! Thank you Linda!
