Liz was easy to work with and knowledgeable about real estate in the Orlando area and beyond. We actually met on the phone since we live in Ohio. She was recommended by a friend so we were very lucky to have found her. With Liz’s help we were able to do our home search long distance. Once we arrived in FL we knew just what we were looking for and actually had our signed contract within 48 hours. Liz was professional and helped us every step of the way. Our experience with Liz was amazing! She was so patient with us and you could tell she genuinely wanted us to find our dream home. Our aspirations were high but she managed to get us there, which was not easy in a wild sellers market. But Liz did not give up on us! Liz was fantastic throughout the entire buying process. I wasn't sure whether we needed an agent for a new home build, but having gone through the process now I don't know how we would have managed without Liz. She was active through the entire process and shared many suggestions with us that we would have never thought of without her. I've used other realtors in the past and this was the first time that I never questioned whether the advice I was receiving was what was best for me or what was best for the realtor. Liz is a great realtor. When we moved to Orlando from out of state we knew nothing about the area. Liz helped us to first find a rental and then the home we purchased. Liz was patient, great with explanations, and was very friendly. I highly recommend Liz. She went out of her way multiple times to ensure our happiness. When we were first looking for our rental we had 2 days to get it down. It was an overwhelming task, but Liz calmly guided us around town and through many, many places. The rental we found didn’t quite work out, so when I was back in Texas Liz toured a rental on her own and videoed it for us, so we could be sure it was the right place. We ended up in that home and loved the neighborhood. Liz has kids of her own, so she knows the area schools well and was great with our 9 year old. Thank you Liz!
