Looking for a new home to purchase from out-of-state seemed a daunting task for us. We knew we needed someone to help us weed through the details of prioritizing our needs and desires. Real Estate Broker Marjorie Ann Watson graciously, took on the task of helping to organize 2 very enthusiastic Californians with dreams of Colorado living. My husband’s attention is diverted very easily when it comes to the structural details of a house. At times, he was known to spend an hour peering at utility rooms, seeking out wood rot and/or looking for drainage issues while, I would fall in love with the interior and the feel and the decor of a house. Location, Location, Location. Marjorie Watson helped us refine our search and was in contact almost daily with us from beginning to end, sending us new listings, etc. When we finally found “The” house, we had the pleasure to watch Marjorie in action dealing with other realtors, inspections and her precision and timeliness of deadlines and documents signings. There were problems with the sell of our California house which made things difficult but, Marjorie remained professional, respectful and patient, throughout. In the end, because of Marjorie’s diligence, we were able to purchase an amazing house in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that we couldn’t be happier about. We don’t plan to move for a very long time but, if we were... Marjorie Ann Watson would be the Real Estate Broker we’d hope would take us on again!

My wife and I found Marjorie through a common Realestate App. We were moving from another state and had no real contacts in the Teller County area. We felt the right agent for us would be experienced, but yet not so big that they have some giant office, with 8 assistants. We were looking for personal service. This was was exactly what we found. Marjorie stuck with us from beginning to end. Our purchase included selling a home in another state, by the end of the process our selling agent, our loan representative, and many others were on a first name basis and communicating with each other flawlessly. Marjorie's knolledge and experties on the paperwork and contractual side of a Realestate purchase was also very reassuring. In the end the personal relationship was what it was all about, we highly recomend Marjorie to anyone looking for a quality agent.
