Joshua Brown
In looking for a realtor, we wanted someone who was honest, trustworthy, and dependable. We found these characteristics in Joshua Brown who works with Christy at Southern Heritage Reality. We ruled out 'knowledge' because realtors often think they know more than the buyer or seller, and often pushed their views of rightness, even when not requested. In this regard we were thrilled that Josh did not even once tried to 'baffle us with his knowledge' of the real estate market. He did, however, provided information when asked.
In selling our home Josh proved time and again his honesty, trustworthiness and dependability. Josh was candid in his initial overall assessment of our home, and his professional and work ethics were exceptional. He answered all our questions - even the most mundane - returned all phone messages, and replied to all of our emails. In face to face meetings, he proved to be quite personable, and understanding, with a keen ability to listen and address our concerns. As a realtor, Josh went over and above the normal protocols, in that when we thought we left a light on, or a door open, he gladly volunteered to check, and did so, regularly reporting back to us when he was at our 'property for sale.' He also made sure the house was presentable after each visit by prospective buyers and their realtors.
In buying or selling a home, good representation is rare and difficult to assess at times. With Josh as your realtor you can rest assured that you will be well represented, and even earn a friend as we have in Josh.
