Lots of extra effort and great communication
It was great working with Carol and her partner Shannon. This was not an easy property to sell but they did a great job finding the right people and we ended up with multiple offers.

Professional, Patient and Understanding
This was our first time selling a home and we were anxious about the process. Carol was professional, patient, and understanding to all of our concerns. No question went unanswered. When 5 offers came through within 36 hours of listing our home, she was very thorough with the side by side comparisons. She kept us informed every step of the way. Sold the house as soon as sign went up. Very professional. Stayed with me thru the whole process. Great personally. I gave her agency 5 stars. There is not must more l can add. I had many other offers but stayed with the lat contract
