Denise is a Excellent Realator she was very personal with me. She was honest and forth coming with all and any information. She found homes that she knew I would like or that fit my budget. She kept me grounded when things seemed to become overwhelming and she fought hard for me to get the best experience out of the home buying process. Denise went over and beyond as a Realator and I will be recommending her to people I know that are looking for a house.

Julie wrote and sent over our offers very fast so that we had a better chance of getting the house we wanted, plus she stuck with us despite our numerous house viewings and offers. Julie also knows real estate so she was able to answer all of my questions at closing. My brother is a real estate agent and he was impressed with our house and what we paid. Julie negotiated a great deal for us, she made me think back to my previous house buying experience and think “this is what buying a house should be like.”

Terri was wonderful to work with! She is knowledgeable of the market, very accommodating to scheduling, and was not pushy at all. In beginning of this year it was a struggle for our family to find a house due to the fast paced seller's market. Terri was great in this aspect because she was willing to show houses as soon as they came available, even during last minute and same day calls from us. As we looked from house to house she was able to understand what we were in search of and I never felt like she was just trying to push a sale. She too would see the downsides the houses had and how they would impact our growing family. When the time came to buy and we found our dream home, her talents truly shined. Our seller was extremely difficult to negotiate with and their lack of responsiveness was dreadful, but Terri was always calm and professional. During the repairs negotiations, I thought our attempts to come to an agreement were hopeless, but thankfully she was persistent enough to see this to the end. We absolutely love this house and I can't thank Terri enough for her help and guidance through the home buying process. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

Doreen Cowman is an absolutely AMAZING realtor! She truly is the best of the best. I have bought and sold several homes, and believe me, Doreen is, hands down, the hardest working realtor I have ever met! She goes way above and beyond to give her clients the best experience, whether buying or selling. I have had the privilege of working with Doreen twice, once as my buying agent, and the second time as my selling agent. She has been fantastic to work with both times! My most recent experience was having Doreen as my selling agent. She hired a professional photographer (at her own expense). Photos sell homes!! She made multiple flyers (again, at her own expense), and kept in contact other local realtors to effectively market my home. Believe me, the personal attention and extra effort Doreen puts into helping her clients is not the norm among realtors. Other realtors I have worked with will post your listing for sale and then just sit back and wait for a buyer to call. Not Doreen, she actively markets your home! Doreen is not only a fantastic realtor, but she is a great person as well. She has integrity! She's honest, kind, personable, and extremely helpful. Doreen will not rest until you are happy with your real estate transaction. In my opinion, Doreen Cowman is the best real estate agent out there.
