Terri was wonderful to work with! She is knowledgeable of the market, very accommodating to scheduling, and was not pushy at all. In beginning of this year it was a struggle for our family to find a house due to the fast paced seller's market. Terri was great in this aspect because she was willing to show houses as soon as they came available, even during last minute and same day calls from us. As we looked from house to house she was able to understand what we were in search of and I never felt like she was just trying to push a sale. She too would see the downsides the houses had and how they would impact our growing family. When the time came to buy and we found our dream home, her talents truly shined. Our seller was extremely difficult to negotiate with and their lack of responsiveness was dreadful, but Terri was always calm and professional. During the repairs negotiations, I thought our attempts to come to an agreement were hopeless, but thankfully she was persistent enough to see this to the end. We absolutely love this house and I can't thank Terri enough for her help and guidance through the home buying process. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
