There are several WMA's in Taylor, Talbot, and Upson County that have very good hunting and fishing as well are within 30 minutes. There is also a Boat ramp on the Flint at the US Hwy 19 bridge going North its on the left before crossing into Upson County. The Flint River is the premier Shoal Bass fishing River in the Country, if you never caught a Shoal Bass you are missing out. Thomaston is the closest town to this property and has plenty of amenities, such as multiple hotels, Restaurants, Grocery stores and a State of the art Hospital Upson Regional Hospital.
