Wouldn't Want to Buy a Home with Anyone Else!

My wife and I were in the unenviable position of needing to buy a house in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic - we were first-time homebuyers and didn’t know much about the process. But Rob was more than willing to work at our pace, teaching us everything we needed to know without any hint of judgement for the gaps in our knowledge. Even from the first meeting, I felt better knowing we had someone as apt as Rob to guide us. His friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge made us feel like we had a secret weapon against the unknown. But even then, I didn’t realize just how pivotal choosing him as our agent would turn out. 

Throughout the process, Rob conducted himself with excellence and went an extra mile at every opportunity. Our loan officer even commented that Rob’s handling of our unique situation was “just right”. Our homeowner friends routinely warned how stressful buying a home can be. But in our case, that couldn’t have been further from the truth; Rob made the process exciting, steered us away from potential complications, and made us feel confident in moving forward at every step. I have no doubt that the primary reason we enjoyed the process and were successful in the end was that we had the right agent for us. While we’re overwhelmingly satisfied with our new home and don’t plan on moving any time soon, I will only turn to Rob Opitz if I need an agent in the area in which he operates in the future. I can't say enough great things about Rob!
