Ms. Angela Aull was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from start to sale and funding. I had several issues with the tenant, property recon, dealing with offers and negotiations. We had a bumpy ride with an incorrect lien, with funding and other issues. Ms. Aull made all the difference with her good advice, and great communication skills. Each time I had a problem and had a new question Ms. Aull was always spot on with very fast response times with good information and updates. We are moving thanks to the military and know nothing about the Atlanta area-- including not knowing anyone who could recommend a Realtor! After spending a couple of hours reading reviews, we went with our gut and reached out to Angela, and WOW are we so glad we did! Not only is she incredible at her job (responds right away, knows all the areas including schools and where to eat, perfect in-criteria listings) she goes above and beyond! She toured everything for us long distance from Nebraska-- and she did it happily and effectively! She also has a great roster of preferred vendors, which is a lifesaver coming from out of state!
