Condo
•I had to sell my rental condo due to financial reasons -- at a time when the local market shifted. Brie listened and understood my needs, offering solutions for the short-term issues that needed to be addressed to get my house listed on the market and sold. She is pleasant to work with and works closely with her family to ensure that every angle is being considered. In the end, I sold my condo below market value, which was disappointing, but this was not a solution that Brie forced upon me and she was patient as we discussed the pros and cons. She was also patient and productive during the closing process, as the buyer/buyer's agent made ridiculous demands after a lowball offer. I think anyone who is looking for a local agent who knows the market and acts with grace under pressure would enjoy working with Brie.
