•I know 5 stars is unusual to see, but Tom went over and above the line of duty in selling our property for us. Since I was out of state for the entire time that our property was for sale and the family cabin was pretty far away from everything even for Idaho! Tom had to take care of everything... and I mean everything. Arranging for repairs, maintenance, contractors, pest control, furniture moving... everything. He was always available by text, by phone and by email; he was always ready to help, or new someone that could help, and he was always super honest, good natured and positive. Without him, our property sale would not have happened. I highly recommend doing business with him! Thanks Tom!!
