Shawnta went above and beyond for me. From the beginning of my sale to the end. She told me what I needed to fix had contractors on the ready to take care of repairs. Knew exactly what needed to be done to sell. Once on the market it was under contract within a week. She negotiated and got me the best price. She made sure everything was taken care of after I retired from the military and moved out of state. I knew I was in good hands and she delivered! I would highly recommend her to sell or purchase without a doubt my best experience with a realtor.
