We told him what we were looking for in the beginning of our search and he took the time to find homes that fit our criteria to check out and even showed us a few that were "outside of the box". He really went out of his way and went above and beyond what we thought a realtor would do for us. He always gave his honest opinion on homes we looked at to make sure we didn't jump to make a decision and also made sure we didn't overlook anything. Shawn was very informative as well. Shawn is very knowledgeable about the market. He was tireless in accommodated our schedule and showing us everything he thought we should see and whatever we found on our own. He pointed out positives and negatives of each property that we would have overlooked or not considered and ultimately found us the exact house we were looking for. Shawn was instrumental in the negotiations that resulted in us getting the house at our price and terms and then handled all the inspections and other closing minutia so we could concentrate on our lives while we waited to close. Plus, he's a great guy with a great personality. We enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I contacted Shawn Poole, Snap Realty, to assist us in finding a house that met our needs and budget. A day later, Mr. Poole was in contact and informed us that he had several listings to show. Later that afternoon, he picked us up at our house and we were off looking at potential homes. All the listings he prepared were what we wanted in location, price, and amenities. We decided on a house that was a "Short" sale and Mr. Poole walked us through the process and explained that it could take some time, but to be patient. We followed his advise and expertise and are now nearing our closing date! In addition, Shawn Poole made it a real "One-Stop" shop experience.
