Complex Sale? No Problem For Misty!
This sale turned out to be a very complicated one. We had two families make full price offers and back out without explanation. An inspector listed a wiring item which would’ve meant thousands in repair costs if Misty hadn’t shown it to be a code compliant installation. Finally, the buyers agent was always pushing the contractual deadlines to the limit but Misty kept him and the whole process on time. Her home staging suggestions and marketing plan resulted in high customer traffic and ultimately a very quick sale at very near our asking price. When it comes to Realtors, Misty is the total package!
