•My family and I decided after living in Colorado all our lives to relocate to someplace warmer. We decided that Florida would be the place to start fresh. After several trips to Florida trying to find the area that would be best for our family, we met Eric who was happy to work with us and our families needs. We had currently been speaking with an angent who had been refurred to us. This agent did not want to take time of her own until we had our approval letter, dispite make several costly trips to Florida with the family. We met Eric at one of his open houses and we instantly clicked with him and his lovely wife. The next day he was willing to take our family to look at homes that we had been interested in , but could not look at without an agent. This helped us get a better feel for the areas we liked. We then went back and started pushing the process of moving forward with this move. We then got our ducks in a row and headed back to Florida one more time with our approval to finally lock down a home. Eric had his work cut out for him, as we had to accommodate a family of 7 ranging from young adults to retiring seniors. Eric promised he would work hard to help us find the right home, and would use everyday to do so if needed and for almost two weeks that is what we did. After long days of searching we finally found our new home in Florida. Although, we hoped for a smooth process till closing unfortunately that wasn’t the case for our family due to the lender we had been working with. Eric as our realtor did all that he could to help our process be as easy on us as much as he could. Even when things on the financial end did not look good he tried to keep my husband and I in good spirits along with his wife. I am very thankful that we met them to help us through this process as it was definitely a stressful one , and we look forward to working with him in the furture.
