We were out of state clients of Maria’s. We’ve bought and sold multiple properties over the years with agents. Customer service rating is a 10. We made multiple trips and multiple offers during our 10 month search. Maria was always available, focused and efficient during the process. I can’t stress enough how professional and accommodating she was for us. We had houses we contracted for but couldn’t get through inspection, then houses that limped through inspection and houses that weren’t perfect and she never expressed anything but optimism. We settled on a house that was in the neighborhood we were looking for and she made it happen. This market is ridiculous. She knows that and can help you make a deal that’s not unreasonable and should ultimately make you happy as a client. We’ll sell with her in the future and recommend her to buyers and sellers as well.

Aleks did a fantastic job of negotiating a price that made this deal worth doing. This particular deal involved the need for the rezoning of the property as a contingency of the purchase. Any agent can sell real estate but Terri showed compassion during the sale of my elderly father’s condo. She understood his situation in selling a condo he lived in for over 25 years with my mother who recently passed away.
